We are aware of the four hour arrival window that ABF and other expedite services may have. Call us and let us know the time window that you have and we will allocate a time window for you. The rate does not begin until arrive.

Our labor-only services cover Phoenix, Downtown Phoenix, & 29+ cities including, but not limited to:

Furniture dollies, piano board, protective moving paper, tie-downs, safety straps, & hand tools are provided by us and it is inclusive in the rate. There are no stair or heavy item fees for our labor services.

We specialize in loading & or unloading short & long distance loads using every cubic-foot when packing your truck or unit and making sure your items arrive safely to their destination.

Local Full-Service Moves

Local Move

• 26' 1400 Cu. Ft. Truck Equipped w/ Dollies, Piano Board, Shrink Wrap, Protective Pads, Security Straps, Hand Tools, and Hand Trucks
• Two Professional Uniformed Movers
• Covering Finished Wood & Leather Furniture w/ Protective Pads
• 3 hr minimum Plus 1 Hr Fuel / Travel Fee - Total minimum $1000
• No Other Fees

Additional time past 3 hours only $250/ hr. For example, an 8 hour move from 9am to 5pm would be $2,250. Terms will be on Bill Of Lading before beginning. Additional movers are available if necessary for an additional fee.

Small Local Full-Service Moves & Pianos

Small Local Move $600 Includes:

• 16' 800 Cu. Ft. Truck Equipped w/ Dollies, Piano Board, Shrink Wrap, Protective Pads, Security Straps, Hand Tools, and Hand Trucks
• Two Professional Uniformed Movers
• Covering Finished Wood and Leather Furniture w/ Protective Pads
• Up To A 3 Hour Move
• No Other Fees

Additional time past Up to 3 Hours only $200/ hr. For example, a 6 hour move from 9am - 3pm would be $1400. Terms will be on Bill Of Laden before beginning.

Driving Only / Long Distance / Driving Only

I will drive your rented moving truck Penske, Budget, U-Haul, etc. 7 days a week. Short notice, last minute changes, and emergencies are welcomed. If your truck is not already loaded I would suggest Penske. I can drive to another state from Arizona and also from another state to Arizona -either way. If leaving from Arizona I can leave within a few hours after airfare is purchased if available.

Our rate is $1.00 mile with a $500 minimum. Car trailer is an additional .25 a mile / $150 minimum. Here are a few truck only rates from Phoenix, AZ to give you an idea of your destination if not listed.

This is driving only. Client provides moving truck, insurance from truck provider, labor, and fuel on prepaid card. The 5 steps for me driving your truck are:

1. Agreeing on price
2. I send you a copy of Contract and my Drivers License. Client purchases my plane ticket to depart approximately 4 hours after you want me to arrive at your destination.
3. Before leaving in the truck 50% deposit and fuel card from client
4. Arrive at destination and collect 50% balance and give client fuel card and receipts
5. Catch a cab to the airport - Thank you

This can vary depending on the location of the airport. Small cities usually don't have an airport that close and may have to adjust times. This is the basic plan.

Quotes are all inclusive from beginning to end relocating to and from the Phoenix area with a 16' 800 cu. ft. truck (Contact us for larger truck rates). This includes two movers, disassembly, loading, driving, unloading, assembly & fuel / mileage. More than two movers are available for an additional fee if necessary. For example, sky rises, stairs, hills, long walks, pianos, etc.

Honolulu quote includes 20' 1,130 cu. ft. sea container. Larger 40' 2,261 cu. ft. sea container available in addition to automobile transport. Honolulu moves require a minimum 2 week notice.

The quotes do not include packing / unpacking boxes (see below for Packing & Unpacking Services).

We offer free estimates throughout the Phoenix Valley. Once the home or property is assessed an exact price is given for the move in writing on Bill Of Lading that does not change upon completion unless the circumstances change.

If you are moving to the Arizona Area from another state, estimates can be made through a combination of pictures via e-mail / text, checklists, and conversing.

Finished items (wood, leather, etc.) will be covered with protective furniture pads before being loaded to truck. Glass shelves from china cabinets, curios, hutches, etc. are removed and wrapped separately in moving pads before being loaded to truck.

Long distance moves may be scheduled months in advance or can be expedited if necessary. Based on availability, loading can begin within 24 hours if you would like.
